What You Will Do

Perform a variety of professional facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
Administer chemical peels, microneedling treatments, and advanced skincare protocols with precision and care.
Conduct personalized skincare consultations to develop customized treatment plans for each client.
Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products.
Maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
Stay current with the latest skincare products, trends, and techniques through ongoing education.
Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic teams to ensure the highest standard of client care.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.

What You Bring to the Table

Active Indiana Esthetician License.
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment protocols.
Experience working with a high-end, cosmetic-focused clientele is a plus.
Outstanding client communication, consultation, and service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
